Join Us for Communion this Sunday!

“Receiving the Communion elements is taking the symbolic representation of the broken body and shed blood of Jesus into our inmost being, receiving the Jesus who died for our forgiveness and transformation. We depend on these elements for our very life.” – Quote from the Article Linked to Below

We wholeheartedly invite you to join us for Communion this Sunday during our Weekly Service at 11:00 a.m. either in-person or online through Facebook Live.

Those taking Communion in-person will be given grape juice and bread in Church. Those participating at-home can plan in advance to have grape juice and a cracker ready. If one hasn’t any grape juice, any juice or even water will work; if one hasn’t any crackers, any type of bread will work.

If you’d like to learn more about Communion, here is a link to a great, informative PDF file titled “Communion from a Presbyterian Perspective” by Shannon Pappas http://www.fpcsm.org/pdf/children/CommunionPresbyterianPerspective.pdf.

We hope that you will join us!
